The organizational structure of the faculty at FAST consists of four integrated components: the management team, teaching team, foreign teacher team, and external expert team. Through close collaboration, the overall professional competence of the team exceeds that of peer institutions. The teaching staff is distinguished by three strengths: high academic qualifications, high professional titles, and high professional proficiency. The faculty maintains a balanced gender ratio and a rational age structure. Teachers are dedicated and responsible, quick-thinking, and possess a strong sense of innovation.The school adopts a people-oriented management approach and offers highly competitive remuneration packages. This has enabled the school to attract outstanding educators from both public and private schools, gradually fostering a highly growth-oriented and strongly cohesive teaching force. 张雪飞校长（Principal Zhang Xuefei）
未来科技学校高中、初中、小学管理团队汇聚高学历、高职称（正副高级）的教育精英，且具备前瞻性的教育理念和成熟的治校经验，管理思路独具特色，在专业领域享有广泛声誉。以张雪飞为代表的各部校长及副校长均为深耕教育领域的资深优秀校长与长期专注课程建设与引领的知名专家学者，都具备中国名大学（含香港科技大学）美国哈佛大学、英国剑桥大学、新加坡国立大学的访问学者经历，同时担任 High Tech High 教育学院及上海师范大学教育学院兼职教授，教育视野开阔，管理经验丰富。
The management teams of the Senior High School, Junior High School and Primary School at FAST bring together educational elites with high academic qualifications and high professional titles (including senior and deputy senior ). They possess forward-looking educational philosophies and mature school governance experience, feature distinctive management approaches, and enjoy a strong reputation in their professional fields. Headed by Xuefei Zhang, the principals and vice-principals of various divisions are all outstanding senior educators with extensive experience in education, as well as renowned experts and scholars who have long focused on curriculum development and leadership. All of them have served as visiting scholars at prestigious universities in China (including Hong Kong University of Science and Technology), Harvard University (US), University of Cambridge (UK) and National University of Singapore. They also hold concurrent professorships at the Graduate School of Education at High Tech High and the College of Education at Shanghai Normal University, boasting broad educational vision and rich management experience.
教师团队（Teaching Team）
未来科技学校汇聚长三角州的优质教育力量，由多名上海市特级教师和知名学科专家领衔组建学科教学指导团队，以市、区级以上骨干教师及学科中心组成员为中坚，构成实力雄厚的核心教学梯队。各学科教研组长均由高级教师、区级以上骨干教师担任，专业功底扎实，教研引领能力突出。学校师资结构多元、素养优异，教师队伍中博士及硕士以上学历占比突出（30%以上），海外学习与工作经历的教师比例占（20%以上），近95%左右教师具备五年以上丰富教学经验。经验深厚、理念创新、满怀热忱、协同共进，是未来科技学校教师团队的鲜明特质。
FAST brings together high-quality educational resources from the Yangtze River Delta region. Its subject teaching guidance team is led by a number of Shanghai Special-Grade Teachers and subject experts, with key teachers and subject core group members at or above the municipal and district levels as the backbone, forming a strong core teaching echelon. The academic research leaders of all subjects are senior teachers and key teachers at or above the district level, with solid professional foundations and outstanding capabilities in leading teaching and research activities. The school boasts a diverse and high-quality teaching staff. The proportion of teachers with doctoral and master’s degrees is prominent (over 30%), and more than 20% of teachers have overseas study or work experience. Approximately 95% of teachers have rich teaching experience of more than five years. A profound wealth of experience, innovative educational philosophy, sincere enthusiasm, and collaborative progress are the distinctive characteristics of the teaching team at FAST.
外教团队（Foreign Teaching Team）
未来科技学校语言支持中心为学生提供了优质的英语语言学习环境和学习条件，担任ESL教学的外籍教师大多来自于美国、英国、加拿大等英语母语国的经验丰富教师。这支团队博士、硕士以上学历82%，男女比例合理，年龄结构得当，具有在我国各类学校教学5年以上的经验，责任感强、口语纯正、热爱英语教学，为我们的学生提供了良好的语言学习条件和了解世界文化提供支持。
The Language Support Center of FAST provides students with a high-quality English learning environment and conditions. Most foreign teachers engaged in ESL teaching are experienced educators from native English-speaking countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. Among this team, 82% hold master’s or doctoral degrees. The team maintains a balanced gender ratio and a rational age structure. Teachers have more than five years of teaching experience in various schools in China, with a strong sense of responsibility, standard oral English and a passion for English teaching. They support our students with excellent language learning conditions and help them gain a better understanding of world cultures.
